i didn't feel so sad about missing our family vacation on the big lake in michigan until i saw the pics and remembered the sand dunes and salt free sea... being there with my family would have been nice. it has been a blessed time, living in california, being on my own. and at times i find myself missing the east and home so deeply i have to take a moment to catch my breath. i fly back a week from tommorow. looking forward to it quite a bit.
