michelle, thanks for the amazing dinner. i was talking to anne and kafi on the street tonight and took much joy in remembering our "dinner at the cliffhouse overlooking the ocean at sunset in san fransisco with ahi tuna covered in a light cilantro pesto accompanied by the laughter of women i love."

or something like that. it's a great memory, and i'm really glad i got a chance to visit san fran, at least for a day!

california is such a beautiful state. i had a few moments of overwhelming gratitude today driving back and listening to sam's worship cd's... how can we comprehend the vastness of His love for us?


back to work tommorow, working towards enjoying the students where they are and letting school politics slide off my shoulders.
